My client is a successful property agent in Southport with a reputation for high standards and fantastic customer service. Due to business growth they are now looking for a sales negotiator to join their head office.
This is a fast-paced estate agency sales role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and grow your own property sales portfolio.
Main responsibilities:
- Arranging property viewings
- Arranging valuations
- Negotiating sales
- Working to daily targets
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Generating new business opportunities
- Cross selling financial and legal services
We are looking for a dynamic, career driven sales person who is looking for the next step in their career. Previous estate agency experience is preferable but not essential.
This role offers an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and career progression. You must be able to work weekends.
Basic salary up to £17,500 plus commission.
