Our client is a fast growing, dynamic property organisation, specialising in sourcing and selling property investments to investors in the UK and abroad. They have fast become a big name in the Manchester property market, and as a result of their ongoing success, they are now seeking to expand their team.
They are looking for a tenacious, ambitious and highly motivated Investment Sales Consultant, to market their services and to ultimately bring new business to their team.
Working within an extremely fast paced and energetic sales team, you will be given to tools to target both new and existing clients, and to develop ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business as the company’s investment portfolio grows.
The role will involve a high percentage of telephone based sales, some to international clients with a range of cultural differences. You must be able to articulate clearly, overcoming potential language barriers with creativity and sensitivity. We are looking for talented property sales professionals, who thrive within a target driven environment and have the tenacity succeed within highly competitive market.
To match their future growth plans, they are looking for sales consultants with aspirations for career progression and high earning potential.
They are offering competitive basic salary of £20,000k - £23,000k, together with a generous commission structure with top performers earning in excess of £45,000k.
