Our client is a highly successful multi branch property organisation who have a reputation for providing first class customer service, and they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Liverpool City Centre.
You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for the sales function of a wide array of properties, including arranging viewings and valuations, providing detailed information about properties for sale and negotiating offers between the vendors and buyers. The role will involve servicing a large database of investors and landlords whilst providing excellent customer service to your vendors.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the estate agency sector and will be looking for an opportunity within a company that can provide ongoing training, career progression and fantastic benefits. Our client requires a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a target driven environment and is passionate about property!
This role offers a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 plus commission with an OTE in the region £25,000.
