Are you currently a Graduate Surveyor working in Valuation? Are you not getting the opportunity to become Chartered, or perhaps the support is lacking in terms of you completing the APC? Or are you a recent property graduate with a desire to specialise in this particular area of General Practice?
Due to continued success, a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking for a graduate level Valuation Surveyor, with good quality commercial property experience to join the Manchester office. This role provides exceptional APC support, with the firm having a successful track record in helping graduates pass the APC and become Chartered.
Having an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the UK, ranging from large scale portfolios for key organisations within the sector as well as smaller companies and individuals with single assets.
With a supportive team around you, your role will include working closely with senior members of the department, supporting the team in carrying out property inspections, completing valuation reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service whilst helping the team to achieve the wider goals and targets. This role truly gives the individual terrific exposure as a Graduate.
As the successful Graduate Valuation Surveyor, you will ideally have previous commercial property experience coupled with a RICS accredited degree in Real Estate Management or similar.
