The company:
An opportunity has become available for an exceptional Associate level Architect to join one of Manchester’s most desirable design practices. Having developed a reputation for excellence the team has grown substantially. The Associate Architect will bring a new dimension to their existing structure and help to take the practice to the next level.
The job:
You’ll assume management responsibility and coordinate complex projects. Using a high level of autonomy, you’ll identify potential opportunities and represent the practice at external events. You’ll also use your expertise to oversee the design process. The practice almost exclusively uses Revit. A knowledge of the software will ensure you can understand potential challenges and react to heavy workloads during busy periods.
Your skills:
Excellent management capability is required, along with vision and drive. Strong leaderships skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients will ensure success. A knowledge of Revit would be a distinct advantage.
