Our client, a leading property consultancy based in Liverpool, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.
As the successful Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for looking after a mixed commercial portfolio based around Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring all assets are managed to their maximum efficiency
- Managing service charge budgets
- Lease negotiations, preparing Heads of Terms, and preparing leases and tenancy agreements
- Negotiation of lease renewals
- Liaising with agents and local authorities
- Management of all viewings and lettings
- Overseeing site refurbishments and maintenance works
- Main point of contact for all existing and new tenants, dealing with enquiries and keeping in regular contact to ensure a quality service Maintaining regular reviews
- Awareness of rental and expenditure budgets
- Ensuring all internal reports are kept in order
My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager, who has a real passion for the commercial property market in Liverpool and is looking for a role that provides greater responsibility and autonomy. You will either be working toward your APC with a couple of years experience or recently MRICS qualified.
In return, my client can offer a basic salary in the region of £38,000 - £50,000 depending on previous experience and qualifications, plus car allowance and bonus scheme.
