Our client is a prestigious, award winning estate agency, with a huge market share of the local area. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team based in Ormskirk.
The position will be based within a busy office, working with a team of experienced sales professionals and this fast-paced role will involve the entire sales process from arranging viewings and valuations to negotiating the offer and managing the full sales progression cycle.
They are looking for a professional and driven estate agency salesperson who is looking for a fast paced and dynamic role. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Experience within estate agency and knowledge of the local area
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Well-presented and career focused
- Confident, Ambitious and Enthusiastic
- Able to work under pressure
- A team player
- Must be able to work occasional Saturdays
The role also offers an excellent workplace culture with amazing incentives, rewards and career progression.
Basic salary is £25,000 - £30,000 dependent upon experience, plus a fantastic commission and bonus structure. Working hours Monday to Friday 9.30-5pm plus the odd Saturday (with a lieu day).
