Our client is a well-respected firm in Cheshire, and due to their success and expansion is looking to grow the team with the recruitment of a recent graduate.
They are looking for an exceptional communicator, someone who finds it easy to build rapport with individuals and develop relationships. You should be confident liaising over the phone, whilst maintaining superior levels of customer service always, and as this position is not scripted you must be able to tailor each conversation to suit a diversity of client.
Working closely with the organisations field based team you will be responsible for ensuring a continued flow of new business opportunities with your role including initial fact finding, follow up calls with directors, arranging new business meetings, and if the opportunity arises, to close deals over the phone, with each call looking to progress the relationship.
Full training will be provided with regards to product and sector knowledge, what is more important is that you can communicate effectively and professionally to ensure existing and new clients believe in the product and the information you relay to them. Holding credible and accurate business conversations rather than simply doing the “hard sell” approach to the call.

My client can offer a basic salary of c20k DOE with a lucrative ote based on your individual performance.
