Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a reputation for excellence across the UK. They currently have a requirement for a building surveyor / graduate building surveyor to join their award-winning team in Manchester.
The company has grown rapidly over the past few years by providing a high level of service to clients across multiple sectors and by investing in their staff across all levels of the business. The Building Consultancy team works alongside a range of clients, across all building sectors including residential, commercial also one-off instructions. The workload is extremely diverse, ranging from project & contract administration, dilapidations, party wall, inspections, defects, acquisitions surveys project consultancy and refurbishments.
Although the position will be formally based within the Manchester office, the daily role will require traveling across the North West, you will spend much of your working week on site at current projects.
They will consider a chartered building surveyor or a graduate building surveyor with a minimum of 12 months experience within the industry (and a RICS accredited degree). APC support will be offered to successful graduates.
The successful candidate will be offered a clear path to career progression You will need to show a high level of technical ability along with strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage a diverse work schedule.
Salary dependent upon experience, or client offers a competitive basic salary, with bonuses and car/car allowance.
