Our client is a well-established property consultancy with an outstanding reputation within their field. Due to the continued success and growth of the business, our client now has an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor/Valuer to join and their building surveying department
Our client is looking for an experienced Chartered (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS) Building Surveyor with at least 5 years post qualified experience. Due to an increase in workload, you will be required to hit the ground running with responsibility for carrying out Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Reports and RICS Valuations. Experience with regards to commercial property would be beneficial, as would be the ability to undertake Domestic and Commercial EPCs.
This will be a home-based role covering much of the North West to include Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside.
Our client is offering a competitive package of £45000k - £55000k depending upon experience, plus car allowance together with additional benefits and rewards.
A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is required for this role.
