An exceptional opportunity has become available for a property assistant looking to develop their property career.
This role will suit an individual currently working within residential or commercial property administration, perhaps within lettings or an estate agency, who is hungry to develop and achieve more.
What is essential is a passion for the property sector, coupled with current/previous property administration experience, and an ambition to move your career forward, providing efficient support in managing the portfolio.
Your role will involve supporting the Surveyors and Director with tasks including,
- Updating internal property databases and spreadsheets
- Keeping tenancy schedules up to date
- Lease administration
- Drafting licences
- Attending viewings
- Checking invoices are correct and signing off accordingly, and chasing payments
- Contacting local authorities in relation to invoice amendments and any invoice queries regarding Business Rates.
- Corresponding with local authorities/utilities etc via letter, email and telephone to update on occupants and vacant units
- Document and data management on property management matters, including occupier leases and occupancy details
- General administration support for director
Basic salary is up to £30,000 DOE, with hybrid working available. It is essential to have a full UK Driving Licence.
