Our client is a highly reputable estate agent with a strong market presence throughout the north west. After enjoying steady growth over the last few years, they are now firmly established as a market leader within the Manchester market. With an expanding team and further plans to develop the brand this year, they now have an opportunity for a sales manager to join their thriving branch in Levenshulme.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales manager, or for a senior negotiator who is seeking the next step within their career. They are looking for a sales-driven, ambitious candidate who has a genuine passion for the property industry and the tenacity to further develop the sales division, taking the business to the next level.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing a small sales team
- Setting targets and ensuring they are met
- Booking and carrying out valuations
- Overseeing sales processes through to completion
- Developing new business
- Marketing new instructions on line
- Overseeing marketing strategy
- Ensuring that customers all receive an outstanding level of service
- Developing the team, training and recruitment
To be considered for this position, you must have a proven track record within estate agency, along with a strong understanding of the local market.
An excellent salary and package will be offered to the successful candidate, basic salary £20-22k plus realistic OTE of £35k and a car allowance. This role is also offering career progression with the opportunity to develop and recruit a larger team, plus potential to become a senior manager within 18 months.
