Our client is a successful property investment company with a UK wide portfolio of clients. They have strong relationships with some extremely high-profile developers, and exclusive access to some of the most prestigious properties.
Working within their highly successful Manchester sales team, you will be responsible for selling high end properties both off plan and on site and will manage the sales process from start to finish. You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors in the UK and abroad, therefore will need to adapt your pitch tailoring it to each individual client’s needs.

To be considered for this role, you must be highly professional, with the ability to work under pressure and be driven to succeed in a highly competitive market.
We are looking for an exceptional salesperson, who is able to develop existing client relationships whilst continually generating new business. You should be confident in selling over the phone as many clients are international, so you must be able to overcome cultural differences and tailor your pitch to suit many nationalities. For UK based investors, you may be required to meet with clients on site, carry out viewings and present your sales pitch face to face.
Previous property investment experience is preferred, as well as the hunger and drive to be successful!
Offering a basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 DOE plus uncapped commission with an OTE in the region of £80,000 - £100,000.
