Our client is a prestigious property company, who have a reputation for providing outstanding customer service. They have an exciting opportunity within their Manchester office, for an experienced residential lettings/property manager, to work within a central Manchester flagship location.
Working within a dynamic team of professionals, your role will be busy and challenging. You will primarily be responsible for letting and marketing vacant properties, all of which are high end, professional lets within the most desirable locations in the city.
Once the properties have been let, you will act as the first point of contact for tenants, responsible for arranging property management and maintenance requests, managing deposits and rents, liaising with contractors and ensuring that tenants receive an exceptional level of customer service throughout the process.
Your daily duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all tenant queries
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Providing contracts and referencing tenants
- Rent renewals
- Managing rental arrears
- Producing KPI reports
- Carrying out property inspections
- Assessing contractor work
- Marketing new properties
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Arranging tenant events and managing social media pages
We are looking for a highly organised candidate, a confident lettings/ property manager who can service an extremely busy portfolio whilst ensuring a high level of customer is provided.
You must have experience within property management to be considered for this role, you must also possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Basic salary £20-22k, plus commission with realistic earnings of £30-32k.
This role is working on a shift pattern, you will work 5 days some of which may be week-ends (rolling shifts). Shifts would be either 7.30am -4pm, 9-5.30pm or 11-7.30pm.
