Due to an increase in workload within the region my client is looking to recruit an MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor to join the team, so this could be the change of scenery you’ve been thinking about.
Forming part of the North West regional group you will be required to undertake mortgage valuations, home buyer inspections and condition reports on a wide variety of residential property within the Merseyside area. Having a methodical and professional approach you will assist clients with an emphasis on quality, whilst building rapport and maintaining professionalism at every appointment.
Being home based you will enjoy the autonomy this role can offer, and you will find it easy to run your own day successfully ensuring all appointments are attended and reports completed to set timescales.
To be considered for this position you will need to be an MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor, and be a registered valuer. With recent experience in a similar position you will be passionate about the residential sector, and will hold a valid UK driving licence.
Salary up to £45,000k plus car allowance, bonuses etc.
