Clifton Gray is working with a leading UK consultancy who have an exceptional reputation due to their successful track record and accomplished team. Due to a sustained period of growth, the firm is looking to strengthen the Manchester planning team with the addition of a Planner.
Taking a position in the North West planning function this role will suit a Chartered Planner or a Graduate Planner who has begun their pathway, either with Consultancy or Local Authority experience, somebody wanting to be part of a highly acclaimed business. Working predominately across the North West you will also be given the opportunity to liaise with other offices throughout the UK.
As the firm’s Planner you will prepare, review, and draft an array of planning documentation for a variety of sectors, prepare often complex planning applications, draft site appraisals, undertake research and write reports, and attend site visits which will enable you to fully advise on planning matters.
In return, this position can offer the successful Planner continued career progression, including full support to become Chartered if needed, a negotiable salary DOE coupled with a highly attractive overall package.
