The practice:
Are you and experienced Project Architect with education experience? An opportunity has become available to join one of the North west’s leading architectural practices. Due to a number of key business wins, the practice has further strengthened their presence within the education sector. Working collaboratively with the existing team, the project architect will contribute to the overall completion of a large school.
The role:
You’ll have an onsite presence and ensure deadlines are adhered to. Resolving technical queries to help the process run smoothly, you’ll also use your design expertise to ensure the building is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Working closely with the client, you’ll deliver their vision within budgetary constraints and manage contractors to ensure successful delivery.
Your skills:
The ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely is key to the success of the role. Recent experience of working on large scale projects is essential, and education experience would be an advantage. Revit software is used predominantly, but full training will be given. A portfolio of previous high- quality work and keen eye for detail will ensure you are able to hit the ground running.
