Our client is a successful property company based in Liverpool with a growing portfolio of developments in the North West. They have strong relationships with some extremely high-profile developers, and exclusive access to a portfolio of high end off plan properties.
Working within their highly successful sales team, you will be responsible for selling properties both off plan and on site and will manage the sales process from start to finish. You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors in the UK and abroad, therefore will need to adapt your pitch tailoring it to each individual client’s needs.
Due to consistent growth and expansion plans for the future, they are looking for an exceptional sales-person who is a confident negotiator and can build relationships with new and existing investment clients. This is a fast paced, target driven role and we are looking for high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive investment sales market.
Offering a basic salary of £25-£30k, within an OTE of £60k+ plus additional rewards, incentives and career progression opportunities.
A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is required for this role.
