We currently have an exciting opportunity for highly professional and enthusiastic administrator to join a busy property management team based in Southport.
Working within fast paced and demanding team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that they receive an outstanding level of service every day. Much of your day will be spent on the telephone, dealing with maintenance queries, organising repairs and liaising with leaseholders, contractors and landlords.
We are looking for a proactive problem solver who is able to think on their feet, competently make decisions and use a commonsense approach to daily challenges. You should be a confident and personable candidate who is able to take ownership of your clients and ensure that they receive an honest and efficient service, even when delivering some difficult conversations.
You will additionally be responsible for producing rent reports, formulating and issuing invoices and dealing with incoming payments. A knowledge of this is essential.
In addition to having exceptional customer service skills, we are looking for a competent administrator, fully confident with MS office, basic finance reporting and possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
The role would suit someone from a complaint handling background, within the property, banking or finance sector, ideally with some experience within the property management sector.

Salary £20,000- £21,000k, plus training, clothing allowance and 5 weeks holiday (plus bank hols).
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9-5pm plus every 3rd Saturday 9-4.
