My client is a marketing leading property agent, with a reputation for superior customer service. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a highly motivated sales consultant to join their professional team based on site in Manchester city centre.
This is a fast-paced property sales consultant position where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business in Manchester city centre new build developments. You will ideally be of graduate calibre, with property sales estate agency experience, a self-starter who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service.
Main responsibilities:
- Arranging and attending property viewings
- Arranging valuations
- Prospecting for new business
- Negotiating sales through to completion
- Working to daily sales targets
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Selling to a mixture owner occupiers and investors
We are looking for a dynamic, career driven candidate who has experience within the estate agency sales sector and is now looking for the next step within their career. Basic salary £20-25k, plus OTE up to £40k.
