Your Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll oversee project delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing scopes of work across multiple projects, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Negotiating effectively with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Driving due diligence and ensuring smooth onboarding of contractors.
  • Managing budgets ranging from small works to projects valued at £5m.
  • Ensuring full compliance with NEC and JCT contract frameworks, supporting the organisation’s transition to NEC.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience as a Contractor or Client Quantity Surveyor, with a strong understanding of contractor management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with JCT and NEC forms of contract is essential.
  • Professional qualifications such as RICS (preferred but not essential).
