Our client is a prestigious property management company, with a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the UK.
They currently have an opportunity for an experienced residential block manager to join their expanding residential property management team in Manchester. Working within a team of experienced professionals, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional block manager, who can provide an exceptional level of customer service whilst managing a demanding and diverse residential portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a large residential portfolio of units
- Arranging maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Setting service budgets and charges
- Hosting AGM meetings
- Negotiating costs with external contractors
- Managing key client relationships and providing an exceptional service
. Managing health and safety records, actioning any necessary works
- Producing reports and correspondence
- Travelling between sites and acting as a key contact for all client queries
. Managing a diverse portfolio, including grade 2 listed and new build properties
We are seeking a highly organised and confident residential property manager in Manchester, who is used to working within a KPI-driven environment. Our client is offering a long-term property career with opportunities for development, a motivating and dynamic work environment, and the chance to join an award-winning team of residential professionals.
You should possess block-management experience and ideally an IRPM qualification. You’ll also need exceptional client-relationship skills, with the ability to manage the daily challenges of the portfolio whilst delivering an excellent level of service.
This role is offering a salary of £30,000 to £35,000, plus additional benefits.
