Description

Our client is a market leading property sales agent with an award-winning team and ambitious growth plans for the future. Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a Sales Progression manager to join their busy office located in Chester.

As Sales Progression Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the sale and purchase process, working closely with clients to manage the property sales process and ensuring that potential problems are successfully resolved, meeting deadlines for completion.

Your role will focus on developing key client relationships with clients and the solicitor panel to ensure that sales are completed with speed and efficiency.  The majority of properties are purchased by investors so the time scale from exchange to completion if often only 4 weeks.

You will manage a large pipeline and work to tight deadlines, taking pride in ensuring that each sale is managed to specific standards and clients are regularly informed with the progress of their sale.

Providing timely and accurate information to all parties, liaison with lawyers, agents and developers whilst managing the documentation process, contracts and payments will be essential. You will also be expected to regularly meet with external clients, prepare sales reports and update the CRM system to support the internal sales team.

This is a busy and challenging role offering the opportunity to progress whilst working within a successful company which has been growing from strength to strength over the last few years.

The ideal candidate will come from a property investment or estate agency background. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident candidate who can develop strong client relationships, work to weekly targets and manage a high volume of cases simultaneously. You will be professional, organised and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Our client is offering an attractive basic salary of £25k, plus a realistic OTE of £45k.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9-6, with an early Friday finish. The role will ideally start at the beginning of June.
