The company:
An Architectural Technician opportunity has become available working with a leading Manchester based practice. The company have a strong hold on the commercial market and run large scale multi- million pound projects. They require a highly competent Architectural Technician with excellent technical knowledge.
The role:
You’ll be running jobs from the offset, picking them up at the technical delivery stage, and seeing them through to the finished project. The ability to communicate clearly is required, as you’ll be leading the schemes whilst instructing junior members of the team. The practice offers an unparalleled level of support and almost exclusively use Revit on live projects. Whilst managing the Revit model you’ll respond to the changing demands of the scheme, and you’ll manage clients and contractors. A varied role that would suit a highly experienced Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist.
Your experience:
Extensive experience using Revit is required, along with and a proven track record of successfully running projects within timescales. Construction experience and strong technical knowledge will ensure you can successfully deliver the scheme within budget. Commercial experience would be an advantage, but architectural technicians from other sectors are invited to apply.
