An opportunity has become available for a Senior Architect to join a well- established Liverpool based studio. Working within a relaxed and flexible environment the Senior Architect will run a large residential scheme. It’s a pleasant office with an existing team of strong architects.
The role would suit a competent project architect with experience of taking projects from planning to completion. It’s very much a client facing role with a strong coordination aspect. Excellent technical knowledge is required to ensure delivery, and strong design skills will ensure you can make practical suggestions to challenges throughout the construction process. The ability to work to deadlines whilst considering budgetary restrictions is essential.
You’ll have a proven track record of running medium/ large scale jobs. Residential experience is advantageous, but what’s more important is your technical ability and a previous portfolio of quality work. Revit skills would be an advantage. In return you’ll work for in a flexible environment outside the constraints of a large corporate practice.
