Due to continued expansion within business, they now have an opportunity for a Client Development Team Manager, to lead and manage a team of lead generation agents within their fast-growing business in Chester.
Working alongside the Investment Sales team, you will oversee and develop the lead generation team within the business. The role offers huge potential for career development as the business grows from strength to strength, increasing their size and market share rapidly.
We are looking for a highly professional people manager, with a strong sales background and direct experience working with a dailer system. You should possess experience working ‘hands on’ with team members, training, coaching and motivating staff on a daily basis to allow them to achieve their full potential whilst keeping in bright sprits!
This exciting role requires a dynamic, positive and personable candidate who can inspire their team to produce the best results possible. You should be used to working within a target driven sales environment and have a successful track record in selling as well as managing a team.
Our client is offering a lucrative package, including a basic salary of £30-£35k, plus a realistic OTE £45-50k. Working hours 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday.
