My client is an extremely successful, independent letting agent, with a reputation for excellence within the local market. Set in refurbished offices and working alongside a dynamic team, our client provides an excellent working environment offering career progression, rewards and incentives. They have a new position for an enthusiastic lettings negotiator, to be based in their Levenshulme office and starting asap.
This is a fast-paced Lettings position, where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business, dealing with the full lettings process until the point of move -in. You will already be successful letting negotiator, a highly motivated, career driven candidate who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for customer service.
Main duties:
· Arranging and attending viewings
· Developing new landlord relationships
· Targeted on winning new business and developing current client relationships
· Negotiating sales and rental contract terms
· Working to daily targets
· Providing an exceptional level of customer service
· Working closely with the property management team
· Contract renewals
· Sourcing and advertising new properties
· Generating new business opportunities
· Carrying out property inspections
· You must be a driver with own car
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who has experience within the lettings sector and is now looking for the next step within their career. Basic salary £16,000k -18,000k, plus OTE £21,000k
