Our client is a successful property investments consultancy with a well-established client base, and reputation for selling high quality properties.
Working within their highly successful Manchester sales team, you will be responsible for selling high end properties both off plan and on site and will manage the sales process from start to finish. You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors in the UK and abroad, therefore will need to adapt your pitch tailoring it to each individual client’s needs.

We are looking for an exceptional salesperson, with experience within a customer facing role who can develop existing client relationships as well as generate new business. To be considered for this role, you must be highly professional, with the ability to work under pressure and be driven to succeed in a highly competitive market.
Offering a basic salary of £18,000 plus commission with an OTE of £35,000.
This role will include working some Saturdays, and a driving license is preferable but not essential.
