Our client is prestigious property company with a reputation for quality and excellence within the UK and beyond. They currently have an opportunity for a highly professional new build sales consultant, to work on site at a popular development in central Manchester.
The role with primarily involve selling new build properties to a combination of owner/occupiers and buy to let investors, within the UK and globally. Manchester is currently ranked number 1 in the UK for rental yields, so has a huge attraction for investment both locally and across the world. There has never been a more exciting time to sell Manchester property!
Based on site at the development, you will have full responsibility for the sales process, from initially contacting the client through to viewing, full sales negotiation and sales progression. We are looking for an intelligent and polished property sales-person who has experience within a similar role and understands this process.
You should be used to working within a target driven property sales environment and thrive within a fast paced and competitive sales role. Our client is a high calibre agent who has an extremely strong customer service focus, so you should be the same.
Ideally you will live/work in central Manchester and have first-hand experience of the delights of living in the city centre. You must be passionate about the property industry in Manchester!
The site is open Monday to Saturday, you will work a 5 day week alternating weekly shifts Monday – Friday and Tuesday – Saturday 10-5pm.
Our client is offering an attractive salary of basic £22-£25k plus OTE £35-£40k.
