Due to continued expansion within the Manchester region, they are now seeking a professional and enthusiastic new build property sales consultant, to work on site at a high specification new build development in Manchester.
Working alongside their highly successful Manchester sales team, as a new build property sales consultant you will be responsible for selling new build properties, managing the sales process from start to finish.
Duties will include marketing properties online, telephoning potential buyers to arrange viewings, hosting site viewings, attending networking events, negotiating offers, and seeing sales through to completion.
You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors, both face to face and over the telephone.
This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestigious organisation, who offer exceptional training, a competitive salary and commission package along with a clear path to career progression.
The role will include working Saturdays on a 5-day week, working hours are 10am -5pm.
Basic salary circa 25k plus OTE £35-£40k.
