An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent on the Wirral is currently seeking a professional Valuer to join the company.
Due to continued success, they are looking for someone dynamic and enthusiastic who is eager to take on the responsibility of developing and growing the sales portfolio within the local area.
This role has huge potential for the successful candidate who will be responsible for carrying out valuations and winning new instructions, increasing market share within the area and building the business within a new branch.
You will be responsible for listing a range of local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service. You will be expected to self-generate business in a proactive and tenacious manner. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and attributes:
- Valuations experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions
- A thorough knowledge of the property industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven role
- Confident, professional and well presented
- Enthusiastic and highly driven
- Ambitious and career minded
- Team player, honest and personable
Our client is offering attractive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus a lucrative bonus/commission scheme with an OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 and car allowance. You must be able to work some Saturdays.
