Full-Time | basic £35,000 - £45,000 + OTE £60,000

Role Overview
As an Estate Agency Valuer, you’ll be responsible for conducting property valuations, winning new instructions, and helping homeowners make informed decisions. You’ll be a key player in helping us grow our property portfolio while maintaining our excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out accurate, professional property valuations
- Convert valuations into instructions and develop new business opportunities
- Provide expert advice on pricing and market conditions
- Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors
- Keep up to date with local and national property market trends
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a valuer or senior negotiator in residential estate agency
- A strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organised
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
