Our client is an extremely successful Estate Agency in Liverpool and they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the company! This is a fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to work with a fantastic team.
You’ll be selling a range of residential properties. They have a really diverse mixture of stock including new build, shared ownership, apartments and general re sale houses. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly and self motivated candidate to act as a key member of the sales team, working within a KPI driven office where results are key and success is celebrated!
Duties of the role will include:
- Generating new business
- Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
- Keeping vendors up to date on the marketing of their properties
- Taking enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Organising and occasionally carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
- Nurturing your own pipeline
- Upselling a range of additional services
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management
Team fit is really important! Our client has a fabulous office environment, and they want to make sure this continues to flourish. A strong work ethic and a sense of humour is a must, they work hard whilst also having fun!
Experience within a similar role and an understanding of the property sales process is a must.
Basic salary is in the region of £30,000 - £31,500, plus commission for sales fees and referrals with a realistic OTE of £38,000 - £40,000. You will need a driving license and your own car for occasional viewings.
Working hours are Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (Saturdays are from home and a lieu day is given). You will also have the opportunity to work 1 day per week from home after passing probation.
