An exceptional opportunity has become available for a RICS Real Estate Graduate to join the team as a Graduate Valuation Surveyor. This role is suited to a graduate surveyor who has already begun the process to work towards the APC, ideally with Valuation experience, or to a graduate who has recently completed their RICS degree, and has a passion for specialising within Valuation, again, ideally with some work experience/internship etc within Commercial Property.
This role truly gives the individual terrific exposure to work with an exciting portfolio of diverse clients, working on a wide range of valuations, coupled with full APC support to become MRICS.
With a supportive team around you, your role as Graduate Valuation Surveyor will include,
- Preparing property valuations for commercial and residential properties
- Attending property inspections alongside senior colleagues, gathering necessary data
- Conducting research on the local property market, gathering information and comparable evidence
- Preparing and assisting in compiling valuation reports
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to support your growth
As the successful Graduate Valuation Surveyor, you will have/be,
- RICS Real Estate Management degree or similar
- Work experience/Internship within commercial property
- Ideally have begun to work towards the APC (not essential)
- Strong drive for results
- Passion for building your career within Valuation
- IT literate including competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable and presentable.
In return my client can offer a highly negotiable salary of up to c£30,000 DOE plus benefits whilst also offering a clear path for career progression.
