Due to continued success and ambitious future growth plans, our client is seeking a highly professional and driven Lettings Manager, to develop their managed portfolio whilst managing the team within their central Liverpool office.
This is an amazing opportunity for a commercially minded lettings manager who is ready to take the next step within their career. Our client is looking an exceptional lettings manager, (or senior lettings negotiator) who is passionate about winning new business. You will be targeted on growing managed stock levels and therefore will spend time seeking out new potential landlords by attending networking events and looking at unique creative channels to secure new business. You should also be a strong people manager who can affectively lead and develop a vibrant lettings team, assisting them to achieve their full potential every day.
You will be responsible for setting team targets, training and developing staff whilst keeping them motivated to perform to their best of their ability. We are looking for an experienced lettings manager in Liverpool who can deliver results whilst ensuring that the team is thriving and creating a dynamic working environment.
Although you won’t have full responsibility for the property management team, we are looking for a candidate who understands the property management process, with a knowledge of landlord compliance and legal processes.
Additionally, we are seeking a polished, confident and inspiring lettings manager, who has experience within a similar role, ideally someone who knows the Liverpool city centre lettings market. This is an excellent opportunity which can offer genuine long-term career growth, a superb office and working environment and a highly competitive salary. Basic £20k – £25k plus, plus commission OTE £30-35k. Working some Saturdays will be required.
