Due to continued success and ambitious future growth plans, our client is seeking a highly professional and driven Lettings Manager, to develop their managed portfolio whilst managing the team within their Liverpool office.
This is an amazing opportunity for a sales focussed lettings manager who is ready to take the next step within their career. Our client is looking an exceptional lettings manager who is passionate about winning new business. You will be targeted on growing stock levels and therefore will spend time seeking out new potential landlords by attending networking events and looking at unique creative channels to secure new business. You should also be a strong people manager who can affectively lead and develop a vibrant lettings team, assisting them to achieve their full potential every day.
You will be responsible for setting team targets, training and developing staff whilst keeping them motivated to perform to their best of their ability. We are looking for an experienced lettings manager who can deliver results whilst ensuring that the team is thriving and creating a dynamic working environment.
As manager within the office you will also over-see the sales function. It’s relatively small at the moment, but this offers a huge opportunity to develop the sales channels and grow their successful lettings brand within the Liverpool region.
Additionally, we are seeking a polished, confident and inspiring manager, who has experience within a similar role, ideally someone who knows the Liverpool city centre lettings market. This is an excellent opportunity which can offer genuine long-term career growth, a superb office and working environment and a highly competitive salary. Basic £20k – £23k plus company car and realistic OTE of £35k in year one.
