Clifton Gray is working with a prominent Manchester based property firm who have an exceptional reputation for providing a quality service across the UK. Due to a sustained period of growth and a strong pipeline of work, the firm is looking to strengthen the Development team with the key hire of a Chartered Development Surveyor (equivalent to Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or Associate level) that will contribute to the growth and development of the overall business.
This role will suit a chartered development surveyor wanting to put their stamp on a highly reputable business and utilise their exiting experience to further enhance the development consultancy team.
As the firm’s development surveyor, you will appraise opportunities from a financial standpoint and will provide reports/analysis/scenario modelling to aid such decisions on new site acquisitions and development opportunities for both private and public sector clients. You will be responsible for reports such as employment land release reports, economic viability assessments, and feasibility evaluation, with development transactions from single unit sites to over 1,000 units.

You will be MRICS ideally with private sector and/or public sector development experience. This position offers a negotiable salary DOE coupled with a highly attractive package.
