Due to continued expansion within the Manchester region, they are now seeking a professional and enthusiastic property sales consultant, to work on site at a luxury new build development.
About the role
Working within the highly successful Manchester sales team, as a new build property sales consultant you will be responsible for selling high specification new build properties, managing the sales process from start to finish.
Duties will include marketing properties online, telephoning potential buyers to arrange viewings, hosting site viewings, attending networking events, negotiating offers, and seeing sales through to completion.
You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors, both face to face and over the telephone

We are therefore only looking for exceptional candidates, with experience within a customer facing sales role.
This role will be suited to an ambitious graduate with 12 month’s sales experience within a professional services sector.
The role will include working Saturdays on a 5-day week.
Basic salary £20-23k plus OTE £30-£35k.
