Full exposure to a variety of work will enable the right Newly Qualified Architect to make informed choices about the career path they’d like to take. The role:
Working within a medium sized and highly reputable practice the role will encompass the full project cycle. You’ll develop your technical knowledge and use your design skills to contribute to high profile schemes. Although an excellent level of training and mentoring is offered, you’ll experience a good level of autonomy in the role and progress to take control of your own jobs quickly. There’s a clear path to career progression and loyalty is rewarded in the form of incentives.
Your skills:
You’ll be either a Part II Architectural Assistant with extensive practice experience or a Newly Qualified Architect looking for varied responsibility. Revit skills would be an advantage, but full training will be given. What’s most important is your passion to develop your career and learn new skills. A portfolio of high- quality work and a flair for design will ensure you can contribute to the design process.
