Our client is a market leading lettings agent with a large portfolio of managed properties across Liverpool. Due to continued growth within the business, they have a new opportunity for an experienced property inspector to work within their team in South Liverpool.
Working within a successful team of professionals, your role will be busy and fast paced. You will primarily be responsible for inspecting a large portfolio of residential properties across Liverpool, a mixture of professional and student lets. You will be responsible for the deposit release process, dealing with any potential disputes and the DPS administration process.
To be considered for the role of property inspector, you should possess excellent customer service and organisation skills and the ability to self-motivate. You will be spending much if your day travelling to appointments, so you must be able to manage you time effectively and be honest and trustworthy.
We are looking for a highly professional candidate, a confident property inspector who can service an extremely busy portfolio whilst ensuring a high level of customer is provided.
You must have experience within residential property management or lettings to be considered for this role.
You should also have a driving licence and your own car.
Working hours will be Monday – Friday plus every other Saturday and some 7pm finishes.
