They have a new opportunity for an experienced property manager to join their thriving office.
This is a fast-paced property management position, where you will be given the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of landlords, managing the in-house contractor diaries and producing weekly gas safety reports. You will manage check outs and deposit release, experience with the DPS will be advantageous. You will also be responsible for meeting contractors on site as well as carrying out check ins and inspections. Therefore, you must have a driving licence and your own car.

We are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic candidate who has experience within the property management sector and the ability to work on their own initiative. Basic salary £20,000k - £24,000. You must be able to work every other Saturday as well as some evenings until 7pm.
