Our client is a modern and successful property management organisation, who have grown from strength to strength over recent years. Now a market leader within Manchester property management, they have an opportunity for an experienced residential property manager, to work within their highly successful city centre office.
Working within a professional team of property managers, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will primarily be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties, most of which are professional lets within the most desirable locations in the city. You will take ownership of post move in landlord and tenant relationships, your priority to ensure that clients are provided with an exceptional service.
Your daily duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all landlord and tenant queries
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Meeting with contractors on site
- Meeting tenants and landlords
- Rent renewals
- Managing rental arrears
- Producing KPI reports
- Assessing contractor work
- Negotiating and revising costs
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Managing relationships with landlords
- Carrying out property inspections
We are looking for a highly organised candidate, a confident residential property manager who can service an extremely busy portfolio whilst ensuring an exceptional level of customer service is provided.
You must have experience within residential property management to be considered for this role, you must also possess strong client relationship management skills.

Our client is offering a generous basic salary of £22-25k, plus bonuses with an OTE of £30k.
