We’re launching an ambitious new property business in Liverpool with serious growth plans — and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager who wants to be part of it from the beginning.

This isn't a standard Property Manager role.

We want someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded and ready to build and grow their own managed portfolio, with the support, flexibility and earning potential to make it worthwhile.

You'll need an existing portfolio of around 20+ managed properties that you're able to bring across. From there, we'll give you the support and resources to grow it — with a 10% bonus on monthly fee income giving you a direct share in your success.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager
• 20+ managed properties to bring across
• Strong residential property management and lettings experience
• Excellent landlord and tenant relationships
• Confident managing compliance, maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
• Commercially minded with the drive to win new landlords and grow your portfolio
• Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
• Someone who wants more than just another Property Manager job
