An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property company in Liverpool who are currently seeking an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team.
They are looking for a highly organised, well-presented and customer focused individual to join their dynamic team of experienced professionals!
Reporting to the Lettings Director, the successful person will provide a comprehensive property and tenancy management service to the company’s customers, acting as a key contact for their portfolio.
Duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- First point of contact for all landlord and tenant enquiries
- Preparing tenancy paperwork
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Rent renewals
- Property inspections
- Managing rental arrears
- Assessing contractor work
- Negotiating and revising costs
- Issuing section notices
- Ensuring full legislative compliance
- Providing an exceptional level of service
The ideal candidate will have previous property management experience. This is a fast-paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!
Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £32,000 plus commission ( an extra £2,500 - £3,000)
Working days are Monday to Friday plus one in 3 Saturdays.
