An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation in Liverpool who are currently seeking an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the successful person will provide a comprehensive property and tenancy management service to the company’s customers, acting as a key contact for their developments.
Acting as the face of the developments, duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Dealing with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
- Engaging with customers in a positive manner always ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service.
- Pro-actively Identifying any potential customer engagement events for their developments.
- Taking ownership for any estates/blocks within their patch.
- Co-ordinating maintenance for properties.
- Attending tenants / owners properties, in the event of any major incidents.
- Ensuring Landlords are compliant with any Local Authority Licensing Schemes.
- Ensuring Properties are compliant with relevant legislation
- Managing the Tenancy renewal process
- Dealing with Deposit returns
- Processing tenant move ins, end of tenancy notices and overseeing inspections
- Arranging and conducting accompanied move ins
- Actively being involved and assisting with the mobilisation of any new developments
- Ensuring that processes, policies, and procedures are adhered to
- Providing regular performance reports to management
- Participating in learning and development activities that promote personal effectiveness
- Maintaining and monitoring portfolio records and keeping all records relevant and up to date.
This is a busy and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of property management experience. You must have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and relationship management.
Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000
