A leading property firm in Manchester is looking for a Property Manager to join the team, providing a full management service to their strong client base across the North West.
The firm is open to Property Managers from a commercial/residential background who are confident managing a mixed property portfolio (office, retail, industrial and residential).
As the successful Property Manager, you will be responsible for aspects including,
• Taking a hands-on proactive role in property management
• Carrying out regular property inspections
• Attending client meetings
• Dealing with tenant and client queries
• Reading and summarising leases, ensuring all data is maintained on the property management system
As the successful Property Manager, you will have experience in managing a property portfolio, either Residential or Commercial within the North West Property market, and will ideally have a Property related degree. You will also hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
Salary is ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 basic DOE plus bonus, city centre parking, mobile phone plus more!
