The role in based in luxury offices within central Manchester. As a successful property sales manager leading their sales team, you will be responsible for the entire property sales process, selling their off-plan properties, negotiating the best price and ensuring that customers always receive a superior level of service to match their brand.
You will act as their brand ambassador and ideally have a background as a property sales manager, leading a team and selling luxury properties.
You will be tasked with developing the sales team, therefore this role is offering an excellent route to career progression. You will be responsible for training and developing your agents, leading them to be a highly successful team.
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a highly driven candidate who is looking for the next step to develop within heir career.
To be successful within this role, you will be used to working to weekly sales targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors and investors to arrange property viewings together with up selling a range of additional services to your clients.
Your team will manage the full offer stage, negotiating price, handing over to a progression team for completion.
