Our client, an extremely successful and well-respected independent Estate Agent in Liverpool is currently recruiting for an Auction Sales Manager to join the company! This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to lead and grow the auction department as well as managing their own team. You will provide expert advice to clients and customers, building strong relationships with a key focus on winning instructions.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Business Development - win instructions from new and existing clients.
- Conduct accurate market appraisals for the auction department.
- Identify properties suitable for auction and confidently pitch the benefits.
- Build strong relationships with branch teams, valuers, solicitors and investors.
- Act as the main point of contact for auction clients from instruction to completion.
- Provide clear, professional advice on guide prices, reserves and auction strategy.
- Track performance against KPI’s including instructions, conversion and income.
- Regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.
In return they are offering an excellent & highly competitive basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience plus commission giving the ideal candidate a realistic OTE of circa £55,000. The ideal candidate will have proven estate agency experience as well as a good understanding of the auction process.
