Our client is a prestigious property organisation who have an exceptional reputation. Due to their continued success, they are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join the Manchester office.
You will be working within an accomplished team of property professionals and will be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties, consisting of mainly apartments, and student lets.
Duties and responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all tenant enquiries
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Rent renewals
- Deposit release
- Carrying out property inspections
- Meeting contractors on site
- Referencing tenants
- Managing rental arrears
- Negotiating and revising costs
- Issuing section notices
- Producing KPI reports
- Providing an exceptional level of service
Our client is looking for a highly organised candidate who can service a busy portfolio and has the ability to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner. You must have experience within residential property management to be considered for this role and possess strong client relationship management skills.
Our client is offering a generous basic salary of up to £35,000 DOE.
