We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate who can assist the sales team with all of their duties, dealing with vendors and third-party clients on a daily basis.
You must be able to work to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will be responsible for marketing properties line, dealing with incoming telephone enquiries and carrying out various administrative duties.
You will also be required to drop off marketing leaflets to prospective clients. (You must have your own car). You will be paid full expenses for all of your travel.
This is a busy and varied role where you will be challenged every day and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company. Salary £19,000 - £24,000.
This is an amazing opportunity to learn and progress your career within a market leading estate agent. Working hours will be Monday – Friday 8.45-5.30pm plus every other Saturday.
